Home Inspection prices are based on square footage and age of the home.
Prices start at $200. Call today for a quote!
Homes 30 years or older, are an additional $25 to the base price.
A 3% discount is given for payments made with cash or check.
Separate buildings on the property are subject to an additional fee depending on the size and
condition.
Single component inspections; roofing, foundation, furnace, etc. - $99
Additional trip (utilities not on during initial inspection) etc. - $99
"Walk Through" (cash only service) - $60 (hr)
"Walk Through" service is for buyers who would like an informal advisor to tour homes with them while
they are investigating their purchase of a new or used home. This is before they have signed any
paperwork or placed money in earnest. This service does not produce a formal inspection report, it is
designed for the buyer that has more than one house in mind. Various items may be examined while on
tour to help the buyer make a decision. It will save time and money for buyers and their agents. If a client
utilizes this service, they will qualify for a 25% discount on a full inspection.
