Home inspections may take 2 to 4 hours and I encourage my clients to
- Free! Carbon monoxide testing of gas appliances with inspection.
- Free! Moisture testing of suspect areas with inspection.
- Free! Combustible gas leak test on all gas appliances.
- A survey of the homes condition.
- Identify current and potential problems.
- Aids in the real estate transaction process.
- Inspections available 7 days a week.
- I work around your schedule.
- Your home inspection report is delivered by the next day.
After you contact Safeguard Home Inspections, Inc., a pre-inspection
agreement will be sent to you via e-mail. If this is not possible the
agreement will be at the inspection and will be gone over to ensure your
understanding.
We will arrange the inspection around your schedule and I will make calls to
all parties involved to set the appointment time. I will contact you to confirm
the scheduled inspection.
At the time of the home inspection, you are encouraged to attend. You also
have the option to arrive at anytime during the inspection. We will do a
complete walk through of the home, at that time I will be explaining my
findings. This is the perfect time for you to ask questions and express your
concerns.
When the inspection is complete, the report is created and delivered to you
by the next morning, typically via e-mail.
- Ensure the water is turned on at the house.
- Ensure the electric is turned on at the house.
- Ensure the gas is turned on at the house.
- These steps may involve contacting the local utilities.
